1- Booking and Payment

The booking becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit payment (or the total amount, depending on the terms of your reservation). The balance of the rental amount must be paid before arrival, according to the agreed-upon terms.

2 -Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation, fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation (refer to the reservation).

3 -Arrival and Departure

Arrival is between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Departure is before 10:30 a.m. to allow for preparation for the next guests. If you have a specific schedule, please contact us in advance. If the owners are absent, the keys will be left in the key box, and you will be informed beforehand.

4 - Occupancy

The house can accommodate a maximum of 2 people over the age of 18.

5 - Use of the Suite

The Suite must be used in compliance with good neighborly conduct. No parties or loud events are permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. It is allowed to smoke on the terraces. Pets are not permitted.

6 - Damages

Any damage will be billed. Included

7 - Services

A continental breakfast is included with every rate.

8- Liability

The owner declines all responsibility for any accidents that occur in the house or on the terraces. Guests are responsible for the items and equipment in the house during their stay.

9 - Modifications

In case of force majeure (fire, flood, pandemic, personal problems, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel or modify the dates of the stay, with a full refund or a replacement booking.

10 - Booking Compliance Clause

The host reserves the right to cancel the booking, even at the time of arrival, if the initially agreed-upon conditions are not respected—especially the number of people indicated during the reservation. In other words: no stowaways, no surprise parties disguised as a peaceful weekend. We like our guests, but we also like to play by the rules.
